Emilia D’Anzica is an author and the founder and managing partner of Growth Molecules, a management consulting firm helping clients build and optimize customer support and success programs. She is also an active contributor to the Forbes Council and serves on several advisory boards globally.
Before founding her company, Emilia was an early employee at several successful companies, including WalkMe, BrightEdge, and Jobvite.
Emilia resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, with her three children and partner. Pressing ON as a Tech Mom is her first book.

Sabina Pons is an award-winning management consultant whose focus is on driving revenue growth for technology companies. In her 20+ year career, she has led global corporate teams & managed multi-million dollar P&Ls. Sabina is passionate about igniting corporate transformational change & enabling mothers in the workplace.
She is the co-author of Pressing ON As A Tech Mom, the first book of its kind about mothers in tech, illuminating the struggles & triumphs that many women experience.
Sabina also sits on several boards, participates in a multitude of mentorship programs, & recently earned her First Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.
