WARRANTY PERIOD

- After your home is completed, we include a 12 month warranty on the workmanship of the home.
- Many manufacturer warranties on product and materials extend well beyond the 12-month period.
- We follow warranty guidelines put in place by the National Association of Home Builders. This is to ensure you are getting performance guidelines beyond the industry standard.
In our convenient app, with the click of a button, you can submit a claim with a description and picture that will go directly to a warranty manager to begin the process
You will build a relationship with your project manager and we believe it is best that they manage your home through the warranty period. The project manager will know your home and you the client, to best service you through the warranty period.
- You will have an appointed interior designer to assist through the selection process. We want this to be Your Home. Your Style.
- With our full custom process, you will visit our vendors showrooms and be exposed to a limitless amount of options to choose from
- On allowance categories we pass along our discounted pricing from our vendors to our clients. More for the money
- After selections have been made, in our convenient app, you will be able to electronically approve to finalize. Your approvals will be available to view at any time.

We also will review an unlimited amount of ideas and amenities to allow you to live your best life for years to come, in your home. We will then perform pre-selections on finishes to be sure your budgeted allowances will meet your needs. Once we have completed your home specifications, we are ready to price your home with accuracy.
Only trades vetted for quality and reputation will have the opportunity to provide us with pricing for your project
