Ms. Dittmar’s experience in property management and passion for inclusion birthed Beyond Belonging Consulting. She is skilled in building successful teams and creating and implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) programs, including training, to increase psychological safety and awareness throughout organizations. Ms. Dittmar is a trusted advisor for organizations that want to align with ESG regarding the social impact of inclusion.

Ms. Dittmar received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Human Relations – Inclusive Leadership with an emphasis on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice Work from The University of Oklahoma.
