I met the incredible Mary Malone McCarthy this summer when a CEO of one of my clients and I presented to a group of CEOs for a virtual Conscious Capitalism event. We connected and realized how much synergy there is in our work and how much we compliment each other with addressing the aspects necessary to have a humanized workplace and recruit, retain, inspire and fulfill great people.
